Hilton Ocean Walk Village in Daytona Beach, FL

The Hilton Daytona Beach is a newly renovated hotel connected to the new $1 billion Ocean Walk Village shopping, entertainment, and meeting complex in downtown Daytona Beach. This high-rise, 744 room hotel offers the best in modern amenities and comfortable guestrooms and suites, many of them overlooking the blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean.

Guests who wish to book a room at the Hilton have a variety of options from which they can choose including standard king or queen rooms, oceanview rooms, direct oceanfront accommodations, pool view rooms, and rooms with a city view. All guestrooms include cable TV with in-room movies and premium channels, two telephones with voice mail, alarm clock, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, coffee maker, and high-speed internet access. Suites are also available with one king or two queen beds. Some suites offer separate sitting areas, wet bars, and terraces. Suites located on the ground floor have outside access. Several rooms are also handicapped accessible.

   

Amenities at the Hilton Daytona Beach Ocean Walk Village include two heated pools with an expansive sundeck, a children’s pool, hot tubs, beachfront cabanas, and a complete fitness center with a variety of cardiovascular and weight training equipment. Young visitors can hang out a D-Dawg’s Kidszone, an area that’s used for both supervised and non-supervised kids’ activities. Located on the fifth floor overlooking the pool, the Kidszone features Wii games, a ping pong table, an arts and crafts area, and storytelling nook. Trained staff is on hand to lead young guests age 5 to 12 in both indoor and outdoor activities, allowing parents some free time on their own.

At the Hilton Daytona Beach Ocean Walk Village, there are seven dining options all under one roof. The premiere restaurant at the hotel is the Hyde Park Prime Steakhouse, voted by Zagat as one of the best steakhouses in the U.S. Open for dinner, this restaurant specializes in steaks and chops and offers a full bar and a terrace menu as well. Doc Bales’ Grill offers oceanfront or outdoor dining for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, serving mostly seafood specialties. Legends Sports Bar serves a pub-type menu and offers several TVs for game time viewing, while the outdoor Pelican Bar offers grilled specialties and live music on the weekends. Open for lunch and dinner, the Seaside Food Pavilion serves casual beach food like burgers and pizza, and the connected Waves Beach Bar has a similar menu. Finally, the Clocktower Lounge is a piano bar serving drinks and upscale appetizers.

For meetings, conventions, and social events, including weddings, the Hilton Daytona Beach offers approximately 60,000 square feet of meeting space including an 18,000 square foot ballroom that can seat up to 2,000 guests, which is ideal for large receptions. There’s also a 9,000 square foot oceanfront pre-convene area suitable for cocktail hours or other similar gatherings. Experienced wedding planners are on staff to help brides and grooms plan each detail of their special day from booking rooms for guests to choosing menus for the reception or any pre- or post-wedding events.
